Financial Services Representative (Fintech)

Location: Farmington, New Mexico, United States; regular in-person attendance is required

Salary: $16–$19 per hour, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and closing loans.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and arrange payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and answer tax-related questions.
• Assist customers with applications, payments, account questions, tax services, and issue resolution.
• Process payments and records, balance cash, complete bank runs, and follow regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently complete bank runs and transport deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, computer, and data-entry skills.

Nice to have

• Background in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, collections, call centers, insurance, healthcare front offices, or similar customer-facing roles.
