Loan Sales Specialist

Location: San Jose, CA, United States; on site. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday work as needed.

Salary: $23–$25 per hour, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored financing solutions throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while meeting individual and branch goals.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and internal systems while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on site in San Jose, California.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain a goal-oriented approach.
• Sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
