Financial Services Representative (Fintech)

Location: Tifton, Georgia, United States; office-based role with regular in-person attendance required and occasional local travel to banks and offsite locations.

Salary: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and following up with current, former, and prospective borrowers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and establish payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and answer tax-related questions in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Assist customers with applications, payments, account questions, issue resolution, and financial product information.
• Process payments and records, handle and balance cash, complete bank runs, and maintain compliant documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently complete bank runs and transport deposits without relying on non-employees for transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, computer, and accurate data-entry skills.

Nice to have

• Background in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, collections, call centers, insurance, healthcare front offices, or similar customer-facing roles.
