Software Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site, five days a week in Los Angeles, CA, United States. Candidates based elsewhere in the US with a concrete, dated relocation plan to the area are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain integration use cases.
• Develop and maintain core infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.
• Own systems end-to-end across the agentic layer and the integrations runtime.
• Establish engineering patterns and practices to guide the team and product growth.
• Work fluidly across cutting-edge AI agent tooling and complex backend infrastructure.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents and LLMs.
• Demonstrated ability to ship and own complex software products end-to-end.
• Must have at least one tenure at a VC-backed startup.
• Must have the right to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience as a former founder, founding engineer, or early employee at a fast-growing startup.
• High-agency side projects such as agentic tools or launched products.
