Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Shape the product roadmap and engineering foundation with product, design, and engineering partners.
• Build new products from zero to one using TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Evaluate and integrate technology platforms and vendors to accelerate product delivery.
• Establish engineering standards that support company and team growth.
• Work closely with the founders to deliver high-value customer products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Ability to turn high-level business and product ideas into deployed engineering solutions.
• Experience standing up and managing infrastructure.
• Ability and willingness to mentor multiple engineers.
• Customer-focused, creative, independent, kind, and highly collaborative working style.
