Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY offices

Salary: $230,000 – $285,000

What you will do

• Bring new products from zero to one in close collaboration with founders.
• Own large engineering scopes that lay the technical foundation for the platform.
• Build and integrate features using TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, and LLMs.
• Establish engineering standards to support team and business scaling.
• Experiment with and integrate various tech platforms and vendors to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Experience managing infrastructure and mentoring multiple engineers.
• Ability to translate high-level business ideas into deployed engineering solutions.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York City.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on craftsmanship and urgency.
