3rd Shift Production Supervisor (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: North Jackson, Ohio, United States; onsite third-shift production role

What you will do

• Lead third-shift production activities and ensure daily output, quality, safety, and compliance goals are met.
• Plan production work, study schedules, estimate completion timelines, and assign personnel and equipment.
• Supervise, coach, motivate, train, and develop production associates through performance management.
• Coordinate communication with production managers and operations leadership while resolving shift-level issues.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and tools, order required supplies, and support recruitment, onboarding, and special projects.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, organize production information, and follow procedures accurately.
• Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
