Production Supervisor-2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Tyler, Texas, United States; on-site five days per week

Salary: $60,000–$86,169.99 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead the overall performance of a production team across safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Monitor materials usage and coordinate daily operations in a high-volume lean manufacturing environment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support plant programs, including 5S and takt attainment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams.
• Communicate production goals and plant initiatives to leadership and production employees.
• Coach, train, develop, and support positive employee relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Effective communication and supportive team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage shifting production priorities while maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety.
