Operations Associate (DTC)

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (On-site)

Salary: €40,000–€60,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure reliable order fulfillment.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities.
• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems or logistics management tools.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Must have existing work authorization for Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to work on-site in Berlin.

Nice to have

• Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS).
