Freight Forwarding Clerk (Robotics)

What you will do

• Organize and coordinate national and international shipments by road, air, and sea.
• Manage customs clearance and prepare and verify export documentation, including export declarations and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures and foreign trade regulations.
• Coordinate freight forwarders and logistics service providers, including collecting, comparing, and negotiating quotations.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Goods Receiving, Production, and Sales.
• Support hands-on logistics activities when required, including transporting robots to customs authorities.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarding Clerk, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in shipping, export operations, or transportation management.
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.
• Experience with international logistics and transportation service providers.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with good written and spoken German and English skills.
