Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent development, and HR strategy.
• Oversee daily HR operations for a workforce of up to 100 employees, including recruitment, onboarding, records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR processes.
• Promote employee engagement and an inclusive workplace culture while handling conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
• Identify training opportunities, support career growth, and guide managers through performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain HR reporting and analyze turnover, absenteeism, and engagement metrics to support decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.
• 6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and HR policies.
• Experience with HR systems and payroll tools.
• Ability to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and lead engagement programs.
