Site HR Head Wilmington & HR Country Lead US (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Wilmington, United States

Salary: $172,000–$230,000 per year, plus short-term and long-term incentive plans.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the site people strategy with the Site Leadership Team.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, engagement, and organizational development.
• Drive change management, transformation, culture-building, and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, workplace concerns, grievances, and compliance matters.
• Oversee onboarding, learning and development, payroll governance, benefits administration, HR operations, time and attendance, and HR data quality.
• Coordinate selected HR initiatives across U.S. sites and support global HR programs and international projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Law, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multinational organization.
• Experience leading HR in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated environment.
• Strong expertise in U.S. labor and employment law, employee relations, and organizational change.
• Experience working in matrix and multi-site organizations and partnering with senior business leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, influencing, and business acumen skills.
