Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in Alhambra, California, USA; supports Southern California locations and fully remote employees in the US. Flexible hours may be required to support a multi-shift manufacturing environment.

Salary: $103,000–$147,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and general managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive strategies for employee retention, engagement, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and HR Technology teams on integrated people solutions.
• Own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit processes.
• Manage the HR aspects of internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 quality management programs.
• Support global HR projects, processes, and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive human resources experience in a manufacturing environment; high-tech experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and build relationships across organizational levels and disciplines.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours supporting a multi-shift manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• MA or MBA.
• HR certification.
• Experience with multinational or global organizations.
