Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Provide daily HR guidance and consultation to leaders and employees across the organization.
• Align business objectives with HR strategies, policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Guide performance management, coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead or support salary planning, training, workforce design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, goal-oriented approach with demonstrable experience using HR metrics.
• Thorough knowledge of labor law, HR functions, and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance strategic and tactical work.
