Operations Manager - Minneapolis (Parking)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead parking operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Analyze location profit and loss, manage budgets and pricing, and implement cost controls.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing, customer acquisition, direct marketing, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate parking logistics for events and high-traffic periods.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in the parking management industry.
• Strong customer service and client satisfaction focus.
• Experience with location profit and loss analysis, revenue generation, and direct marketing.
• Strong leadership, team-building, strategic thinking, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN.
