Logistics Replenishment Planning Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois; onsite corporate office environment required. Travel of up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $96,700–$148,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately four analysts, setting priorities, developing capabilities, and managing performance.
• Direct near-term fulfillment planning for OBD order flow across a rolling planning horizon.
• Schedule customer orders into available appointment windows while balancing customer requirements, shipping constraints, inventory, site capacity, and transportation readiness.
• Monitor service, throughput, inventory flow, backlog, and efficiency metrics, coordinating recovery and corrective actions.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly operating cadences with KPI tracking, action management, and escalation forums.
• Coordinate Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Customer Management, Procurement, Customer Service, Order Management, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics execution, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing, and managing the performance of teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and software; experience with enterprise inventory management, warehouse operations, controls, and ERP/WMS-enabled processes is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a professional corporate office environment, lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and travel by plane or train as needed.

Nice to have

• Spanish/English fluency, written and verbal.
• Experience using CRM systems and customer-level data for order prioritization and commitment management.
