Credit Products Specialist I (Equipment Finance)

Location: Work from home in the United States

Salary: $82,163.25–$131,435.00 annually. Enhanced market pricing range: $125,983–$151,150.

What you will do

• Analyze financial statements and borrower creditworthiness to support loan structuring and underwriting.
• Prepare credit approval packages for assigned commercial equipment finance portfolios.
• Monitor financial trends, covenant compliance, borrowing bases, and emerging credit risks.
• Collaborate with sales, relationship managers, credit officers, and internal stakeholders on transactions and underwriting questions.
• Use independent judgment to make portfolio decisions and resolve credit-related problems.
• Support special projects, compliance activities, and analyst mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a specialized commercial line of business.
• Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of loan structuring and credit agreements, with proficiency in financial modeling and credit decision tools.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
