What you will do

• Manage the technical and commercial execution of complex electrical and control systems projects for steam turbine plants.
• Specify systems, prepare tenders and procurement requirements, and coordinate timely order placement.
• Plan project execution and manage interfaces between customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and international project partners.
• Clarify technical and contractual matters, conduct feasibility studies, and manage change orders.
• Control schedules, costs, budgets, and variances, and prepare status reports for management.
• Support installation and commissioning, resolve outstanding issues, and document project progress.

Requirements

• University or university of applied sciences degree in Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, Power Plant Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in project management, engineering, or commissioning within the power generation industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management and experience managing complex technical and commercial projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with customers, suppliers, and international project partners.
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible approach.
