Electrical Project Manager

What you will do

• Attend project startup, site, contractor, and client meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Review project specifications and manage technical submittals, RFIs, approvals, and project documentation.
• Maintain labour trackers, progress reports, schedules, variations, and project-specific programmes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, plant, equipment, and materials to support on-time delivery.
• Implement construction and commissioning plans, manage snagging and improvements, and oversee project handover.
• Communicate innovative project-specific work and technical developments to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, hospital, or healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems.
• Demonstrable success delivering large-scale projects within schedule and scope.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating project stakeholders.
• A construction or project management qualification is preferred.
