Process Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas, United States. Onsite role with a compressed work-week night shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in assigned process areas, including lithography, etch, deposition, and CMP.
• Perform equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, startup, shutdown, and changeover activities.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, process control plans, cleanroom protocols, and safety requirements.
• Inspect and measure products using metrology tools to support quality and production targets.
• Record production data, equipment status, and process deviations in manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and cross-functional teams on process optimization, workflow improvements, and yield enhancement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Technical aptitude and understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment functionality.
• Experience with cleanroom operations, routine inspections, data recording, troubleshooting, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow operational, safety, and environmental requirements and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
