Mobile Mortgage Advisor

Location: Toronto, Ontario; virtual role with occasional on-site attendance. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting a flexible work arrangement.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and provide comprehensive financial planning support.
• Understand the local market, develop sales plans, and convert leads into new clients.
• Build referral networks with internal partners, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Strong client engagement, communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Business development experience and knowledge of the local client market.
• Knowledge of mortgage processes and documentation.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment or other skills tests if requested.
