Location: Helsinki, Finland; field-based work at customer locations

What you will do

  • Commission, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and systems, including chillers.
  • Perform equipment replacements, service upgrades, and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at customer sites.
  • Complete accurate service documentation and reporting using standard company systems.
  • Participate in standby and on-call rotations to provide technical support outside standard working hours.
  • Collaborate with HVAC professionals, customers, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve technical issues.
  • Follow safety, legal, regulatory, certification, quality, and audit requirements while representing the company professionally.

Requirements

  • Technical education in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Required F-Gas certification and electrician qualification (S3), or applicable local authorizations.
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites, drive across multiple locations, and participate in standby or on-call support.
  • Good technical problem-solving, computer, service-system, and reporting skills.
  • Working proficiency in English and local language skills.
