Non-Technical Project/Program Management I, New College Grad- Bachelor's (Boise, ID, Austin, TX)

Location: Austin, TX or Boise, ID, United States. Travel required 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $60,000–$77,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders involved in contracted customer repair loops.
• Ensure checklist steps are completed and documented in the corporate ERP system.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats across stakeholder groups.
• Use Microsoft Office and other software to support project and program activities.
• Work persistently toward defined operational goals and final outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to learn SAP, extract information into Microsoft Word and Excel, and navigate 10–15 transaction codes.
• Self-starter with basic problem-solving and initiative.
