Security Solutions Architect, Cloud Specialist

Location: Colorado, United States; candidates living in the Southeast U.S. are preferred. The role includes at least 30% travel to customer locations.

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 OTE per year, including base salary and incentive compensation; equity is not included.

What you will do

• Support complex enterprise deals and lead technical pre-sales engagements through the technical win.
• Design end-to-end security and compliance solutions using the hirify.global platform and partner integrations.
• Conduct proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements, workshops, architecture sessions, and post-sale deployment health checks.
• Advise customer technical decision-makers on asset and vulnerability management, patching, compliance, threat detection, cloud security, and application security.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, strategic partners, and technical security leaders on proposals, integrations, and roadmap priorities.
• Create sales-enablement materials, technical documentation, solution guides, blogs, and whitepapers, and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• Professional experience with public cloud infrastructure and certifications in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Extensive experience with hirify.global and other security or compliance platforms in practitioner, technical sales, sales engineering, or customer success architecture roles.
• Hands-on expertise in asset management, patching, vulnerability management, policy compliance, configuration management, cloud and application security, and threat detection.
• Ability to design and understand complex architectures covering security identification, remediation, and recovery.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks for corporate and government security programs.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, interpersonal, and technical solution delivery skills.
