What you will do

• Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older.
• Complete mental health assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and evidence-based interventions.
• Lead support groups, psychoeducation groups, webinars, and workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to support integrated continuity of care.
• Address patients’ social needs and coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, and advanced psychiatric assessment or treatment.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR and use computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Master’s-level licensed mental health clinician, such as an LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Required experience providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment of mental illness and related psychological issues.
• If independently licensed status is in progress, obtain independent licensure within two years of hire.
• Hold BLS certification or become certified upon hire.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, exercise decisive judgment, work with minimal supervision, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders with evidence-based methods.
• Experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, or case management.
