QS Manager

What you will do

• Act as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System and primary liaison with management, employees, customers, certification bodies, and external auditors.
• Lead customer and internal QMS audits, distribute audit assessments, and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to align audit checklist requirements and address audit findings.
• Support QMS activities across Southeast Asian manufacturing sites.
• Manage product regulatory compliance, including environmental restricted substances and product safety certifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• 8–10 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or QMS, preferably in manufacturing or a regulated industry.
• Strong experience with ISO 9001, internal and external audits, CAPA, risk management, document control, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional certification such as Lead Auditor, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, IATF 16949, or another quality management certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin for interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
