What you will do

• Interpret and enforce government and company security policies for Special Access Program and SCI operations.
• Coordinate with program managers, US Government Program Security Officers, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain DD254s, security plans, procedures, instructions, SOPs, OPSEC plans, and transportation security plans.
• Manage classified material control, inventory, document handling, security education, briefings, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Support clearance processing, program access requests, visit certifications, physical security, alarm response, COMSEC, and document and visitor control.
• Lead SAPF and SCIF build-outs and accreditations, conduct SAP self-inspections, and mentor junior security staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of related security experience in complex, multi-level secure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the DoD SAP Manual and Intelligence Community Directives, with the ability to apply government security requirements in non-routine situations.
• Experience with JADE, DISS, and COMSEC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance and availability to respond to after-hours alarms on a rotational schedule are required.

• CDSE SAP Orientation or SAP Mid-Level course completion.
