Lead, Technical Program Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Aurora, Illinois, United States; onsite role.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of strategic, business-critical new product introduction programs from prioritization through commercialization.
• Align business and functional leaders on priorities, resources, KPIs, risks, and program outcomes.
• Improve NPI processes, tools, governance, reporting, and resource efficiency.
• Establish program management best practices, coach teams, and serve as a technical program management subject-matter expert.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams on communications that balance customer requirements, product positioning, and proprietary information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience leading new product development, commercialization, or technical programs in semiconductor fabrication consumables or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, chemical mechanical planarization, and CMP-related chemistry, engineering, and manufacturing; at least 3 years in a CMP-related role is highly preferred.
• Experience leading complex NPI programs from concept through commercialization while meeting customer, quality, schedule, and business objectives.
• Advanced program and portfolio management skills, including prioritization, risk management, stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, governance, and executive communication.
