Senior Account Executive (Healthcare Communications)

What you will do

• Manage client expectations, calls, relationships, and day-to-day account communications.
• Lead strategic planning and tactical execution of public relations and corporate communications initiatives.
• Coordinate projects across agency teams and provide account guidance and oversight.
• Maintain client messaging, brand narratives, competitive context, and quality across communications materials and channels.
• Manage meeting summaries, status trackers, activity reports, and internal and client feedback.
• Monitor and interpret analytics, metrics, KPIs, and overall program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of public relations agency experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional work.
• Interest in healthcare public relations, with strong listening skills and the ability to identify critical questions and stakeholders.
