Process Engineer Wafertest (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own electrical test engineering processes for semiconductor devices.
• Create test programmes for wafer-level electrical testing and characterization.
• Provide technical support to operational test organization and analyze blocked WIP to enable rapid lot release.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production disturbances, including 8D activities.
• Represent wafer test in new semiconductor development projects.
• Lead improvement projects and process optimization in collaboration with Quality, R&D, Product Engineering, and Production.

Requirements

• University degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Experience with machine programming and/or computer modeling and simulation.
• Experience in quality management, manufacturing engineering, and test processes using automatic test equipment or standard-product measurement.
• Very good knowledge of statistical methods and tests.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and change-management skills.
• Very good German and good English, both spoken and written, are required.
