Production Technician (CNC/CAD)

Location: Jelenia Góra, Poland; onsite production role

What you will do

• Translate customer specifications into production-ready manufacturing packages.
• Create 2D and 3D detail drawings, assemblies, and manufacturing prints in CAD according to ISO and ASME standards.
• Generate, verify, and simulate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs using CAM software.
• Select cutting tools and machining parameters and design custom workholding fixtures.
• Lead first-article prove-outs and troubleshoot machine code, tool wear, and dimensional deviations on the shop floor.
• Prepare setup sheets, tool lists, and work instructions while maintaining CAD and CAM revision control.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in CNC programming for milling or turning and technical mechanical drafting.
• Advanced CAD skills with SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD.
• Experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of technical drawing standards, GD&T, cutting tool geometry, and metrology.
• Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Haas machine controls.
• Practical experience applying Lean principles, including Standard Work, SMED, and 5S.
