Technical Project Management - E3 (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas, United States; not remote or hybrid. Travel is required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing and engineering teams delivering new product introduction programs.
• Coordinate pilot manufacturing builds and ensure milestone achievement.
• Develop and execute product commercialization and operations strategies.
• Analyze product designs and identify improvements for volume manufacturability.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
• Prepare program status presentations and reports for senior management, while organizing meetings and tracking action items to closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering, with an MBA.
• 6–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, manufacturing operations, product life cycle management, and engineering change management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel for planning, reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation for financial planning and tracking.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience developing Excel macros or using Minitab and other data analytics tools.
• PMP or Scrum certification.
