Financial Accounting Specialist (iGaming): Executing accounting processes across assigned entities, including journal posting, reconciliations, close activities, tax support, and financial controls with an accent on accurate transaction processing and complete audit documentation. Focus on preparing accruals and fixed-asset entries, reconciling intercompany balances, supporting VAT processes, and maintaining compliance with accounting policies.
Location: Hybrid role based in Bitola, North Macedonia

What you will do
- Prepare and post accounting journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed-asset entries, and recurring entries.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, intercompany, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Review supplier invoices and support payment runs.
- Support VAT and withholding-tax processes, intercompany recharges, audit trails, and financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
