Senior Accounting Analyst

What you will do

• Perform and review monthly accounting closings, provisions, benefit allocations, expense recognition, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze account variations, and support leadership with accounting insights.
• Capture and validate material and service invoices, including CFOP, NCM, amounts, weights, and branch transfers.
• Control pending documents, resolve invoice discrepancies, and coordinate with Controlling, Tax, and Inventory teams.
• Support WIP calculations and reconcile inventory, consumption, and production accounts for projects under development.
• Provide technical guidance to the accounting team and contribute to process standardization and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and solid experience in general accounting, monthly closing, reconciliations, and accounting analysis.
• Experience with inventory control, work in progress, and collaboration with Controlling.
• Knowledge of BRGAAP, IFRS, invoice classification, CFOP, NCM, and inter-branch transactions.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and experience with SAP, TOTVS, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced English required for meetings and interaction with international stakeholders.
• Active CRC registration is desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with imports, customs clearance, import documentation, DI/DUIMP, and accounting for import costs.
• Previous experience providing technical guidance or supporting other accounting professionals.
