Jr Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis

What you will do

• Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles with leadership to develop medium- and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages with consolidated financial statements, dashboards, business trend analysis, and variance explanations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports for regional teams.
• Act as a finance business partner for local business and commercial teams.
• Manage and control operating expenses and headcount.
• Lead transformational and ad hoc financial projects while ensuring compliance with corporate practices and reporting controls.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English required.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools; experience with ERP systems.
• Strong critical thinking, results orientation, executive presence, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively across teams.
