What you will do
- Analyze cost center expenditures, overhead absorption, productivity, resource utilization, and cost variances, including purchase price variance and standard-to-actual differences.
- Develop industrial assumptions for capacity, volumes, overhead structures, headcount, and productivity while assessing inventory movements and provisioning needs.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to improve reporting accuracy, forecasting, and risk-aware financial planning.
- Act as a financial business partner to operational and manufacturing teams by identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain internal control, governance, and financial compliance standards and support audits and remediation plans.
- Lead process improvement initiatives involving automation, standardization, and system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of experience in industrial controlling, cost controlling, industrial FP&A, or manufacturing environments, including factory experience and costing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial analysis, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Familiarity with data automation and visualization technologies relevant to industrial controlling.
Nice to have
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Controlling, or Industrial Management.
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate, or other AI-driven analytical tools.
