Industrial Controlling Senior (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze cost center expenditures, overhead absorption, productivity, resource utilization, and cost variances, including PPV and standard-to-actual differences.
• Develop industrial assumptions for capacity, volumes, overhead structures, headcount, and productivity, while assessing inventory movements and provisioning needs.
• Prepare forecasts, improve reporting accuracy, and collaborate with accounting and finance teams on risk-aware financial planning.
• Partner with operational teams by identifying deviations, recommending corrective actions, and supporting efficiency decisions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and governance requirements and support audits and remediation plans.
• Lead process improvement initiatives involving automation, standardization, and system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• More than four years of experience in industrial controlling, cost controlling, industrial FP&A, or manufacturing environments, including factory and costing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial analysis, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Familiarity with data automation and visualization technologies used in industrial controlling.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate studies in Finance, Controlling, or Industrial Management.
• Knowledge of AI-driven analytical tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Power Automate.
