Investment Associate (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, or Peru

What you will do

• Analyze commercial and financial data from software acquisition targets.
• Assess and present the initial strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
• Research market trends and identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Evaluate software businesses against acquisition criteria and move opportunities through the deal cycle.
• Support due diligence, live deal closings, data requests, and deal execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in project meetings.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, corporate development, FP&A, finance, accounting, business operations, or strategic finance within software or SaaS businesses.
• Strong experience analyzing and evaluating software and SaaS companies.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting stahirify.globalrds and policies.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field; CPA or CFA track is a significant plus.
• Strong academic performance, analytical skills, Microsoft Suite proficiency, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to interact with C-level executives.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.
