Senior Scrum Master – Content & Publication (Retail/E-commerce)

What you will do

• Set up and manage Scrum operations, including JIRA boards, labels, swim lanes, estimates, prioritization, documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Scrum teams.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Work with product owners, business stakeholders, technology, leadership, and the project management office to align requirements, timelines, communications, and delivery status.
• Track velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, throughput, risks, and dependencies to improve operational performance and delivery outcomes.
• Define and manage processes for project intake, incidents, breakdowns, and small-scale upgrades, while coordinating team recognition and online collaboration activities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Delivery Manager, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and related best practices, with a proven record of successful Agile implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while promoting accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in Data & Analytics, preferably within the retail or e-commerce domain.
• Master’s degree.
• SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Agile Coach certification.
• Deep functional understanding of Data & Analytics in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Experience working as part of teams distributed across the globe.
