Scrum Master (iGaming)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work combining home and modern office work.

What you will do

• Identify and remove inefficiencies, impediments, and barriers within Agile squads and between squads and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives, ensuring teams inspect and adapt.
• Support delivery objectives, incremental forecasts, and sprint capacity planning.
• Track velocity, burndown, sprint completion, throughput, and other sprint metrics.
• Organize delivery information in Jira and Confluence to improve stakeholder visibility.
• Drive cross-squad alignment and continuously improve the SDLC process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead in software development teams.
• Demonstrated success serving 1–2 cross-functional Scrum teams in a product-driven environment.
• Experience with remote, colocated, or hybrid teams and adapting Scrum accordingly.
• Proven ability to drive Agile adoption and maturity across teams or departments.
• Comfort using Jira, Confluence, and other Agile management tools to track delivery and improve transparency.
• Deep understanding of Scrum values, roles, and artifacts; good knowledge of Kanban and blending methodologies when needed.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict-resolution, communication, stakeholder-management, coaching, and team self-organization skills.
• Fluent English and Georgian.
• Mandatory CSM or PSM I certification.

Nice to have

• Experience in a product-based company with frequent deployments and iterative releases.
• Background in technical project delivery or familiarity with software engineering concepts.
• Exposure to Scaled Agile environments.
• Understanding of regulatory or domain-specific constraints in iGaming Agile delivery.
• Understanding of business process modeling and ability to create diagrams.
• Advanced Jira knowledge, including JQL, reporting, and plugin usage.
• PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PSK, or SPS certification.
