Project Manager (Retail/E-commerce)

What you will do

• Manage software development projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, delivery plans, and project documentation with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Coordinate developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and solution architects in cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor progress, and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through status updates, forecasts, reports, and governance dashboards.
• Track budgets, resource allocation, performance metrics, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and practical experience with Agile or Scrum.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, YouTrack, or similar project and task management tools.
• Understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, testing, and deployment processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain projects.
• Experience with OMS, POS, CRM, ERP, or payment system integrations.
• Background in business analysis, product management, delivery management, or QA.
• Project management certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, international clients, and distributed teams.
