What you will do

• Establish and lead the Profit Unit Fire Control System within Naval Combat Systems.
• Own strategy, portfolio management, product innovation, production, and aftermarket business.
• Lead a management team across marketing and sales, development, sourcing, production, and other key functions.
• Provide strategic direction to an organization of approximately 300 employees.
• Manage customer relationships and collaborate across hirify.global programs to win new business and execute contracts efficiently.
• Contribute to the Business Area Naval management team and support capabilities for naval and land platforms.

Requirements

• Documented experience leading a business, product area, or organizational unit with profitability and growth responsibility.
• Experience creating and implementing strategies that achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and business-plan targets.
• Experience leading a complex, high-tech organization with skilled employees across software and hardware domains.
• Strong product vision and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers, industrial partners, and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of production.
• Successful candidates must pass security vetting under current security protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
