What you will do

• Lead the Profit Unit for Naval Command, Control and Autonomy.
• Develop the next generation of naval command, control, and autonomy systems for submarines, frigates, and autonomous vessels.
• Set strategy, manage the product portfolio, drive product innovation, and build a modern software stack for upgradeable products.
• Lead a management team spanning marketing and sales, development, and other key functions.
• Build relationships with customers and industrial partners while securing new business and delivering ongoing contracts.
• Drive sustainable customer value, growth, profitability, and technology transformation across the business unit.

Requirements

• Documented experience creating and implementing strategies that deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
• Experience leading complex, high-tech organizations with expertise across AI, data, software, and hardware.
• Strong product vision and experience with product planning and modularized solutions.
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, software factories, AI-enabled development, and agentic software engineering.
• Experience leading software-intensive product development and technology transformation in complex engineering environments.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
