Product Area Manager – Cyber Defense Center (Cybersecurity): Leading and developing Sandvik’s global Cyber Defense Center across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and security engineering with an accent on strategic roadmaps, managed detection and response, automation, and analytics. Focus on strengthening threat prevention and response, aligning senior stakeholders, leading cybersecurity teams, and improving global security services.
Location: On-site at Stockholm World Trade Center, Sweden

What you will do
- Lead and develop the global Cyber Defense Center, including its leaders and security teams.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for cyber defense services.
- Oversee managed detection and response, service performance, development, and financial follow-up.
- Strengthen prevention, detection, and response to cyber threats through modern capabilities, automation, analytics, and service improvement.
- Partner with cybersecurity, IT, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to align priorities and communicate risk.
- Turn cyber defense strategy into measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading cyber defense, security operations, or security engineering teams in a global environment.
- Strong expertise in threat detection and response, security operations processes, and related technologies.
- Experience delivering security services, including services provided by managed security providers.
- Proven ability to lead leaders, drive change, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Deep cybersecurity expertise combined with senior leadership and operational management experience.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments.
- CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certification.
