Functional Trainer (Airline Solutions)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid working model with frequent international travel for onsite customer training across North America, South America, Africa, and APAC. Valid and unrestricted work rights in Thailand are required.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs tailored to airline customer needs.
• Analyze training requirements with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Create and maintain e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and supporting training resources.
• Transform instructor-led courses into engaging digital learning experiences.
• Use feedback and evaluation processes to improve training relevance and measurable impact.
• Support stakeholders across the product lifecycle, stay current with Altéa product updates, and deliver training onsite internationally.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the airline or travel industry, preferably including training delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to deliver training in virtual and in-person formats and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with digital learning development and learner-centered approaches.
• University degree in Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid and unrestricted work rights in Thailand and willingness to travel frequently for international assignments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global Altéa or similar airline reservation and inventory systems.
