Adjunct Curriculum & Quality Assurance Expert (Entrepreneurial Leadership)

Location: Hybrid in Rwanda (2 openings) or Mauritius (1 opening)

What you will do

• Review, refine, design, and validate the curriculum for Entrepreneurial Leadership programmes.
• Assess alignment with accreditation requirements, quality assurance frameworks, industry practices, and emerging technology trends.
• Conduct curriculum gap analyses and benchmark the programme against leading international entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurship management degrees.
• Review learning outcomes, graduate attributes, course sequencing, assessments, competency frameworks, and practical learning activities.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty learning designers, and industry stakeholders during workshops, consultations, and validation sessions.
• Support programme implementation, documentation, progress reporting, and periodic review milestones.

Requirements

• Expertise in curriculum design, academic quality assurance, accreditation, and programme review.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurial leadership education, entrepreneurship management, business strategy, leadership development, or related fields.
• Ability to evhirify.globalate programme learning outcomes, assessments, competency frameworks, and graduate attributes.
• Experience benchmarking programmes against international standards and current industry requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Rwanda or Mauritius.
