Senior Product Manager, Platform (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: USD $124,000–$329,200 per year, plus potential benefits, annual bonus, stock, and other rewards depending on the role.

What you will do

• Build secure, scalable enterprise platforms, APIs, and capabilities for hirify.global’s developer and AI experiences.
• Enable partners, integrators, and developers to extend and build on top of hirify.global.
• Use telemetry, customer signals, business insights, and usage data to prioritize product investments.
• Define and execute product strategy with engineering, applied science, design, research, and business stakeholders.
• Bring AI-powered platform experiences to market and guide sound technical decisions.
• Balance long-term product strategy with rapid execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, product design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities such as governance, security, and platform guarantees.
• Experience with AI-powered and/or developer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, SDKs, and partner integration models.
• Technical, data-driven systems thinking and experience driving platform adoption, ecosystem growth, and large-scale product initiatives.

Nice to have

• Background in applied AI, machine learning, data science, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Experience using data-driven decision-making to shape product strategy and investment prioritization.
