TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions (XDR/cybersecurity): Building and growing Elastic XDR capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network with an accent on detection, correlation, incident response, telemetry integrations, and exposure management. Focus on owning the roadmap from requirements through shipped product, translating threat research and customer input into requirements, and supporting cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments.

Location: Canada; remote-first environment with flexible locations and schedules for many roles.

Salary: $153,100–$191,900 CAD per year base salary, plus eligibility for hirify.global's stock program and benefits.

hirify.global develops the Search AI Platform for search, security, and observability across cloud-based and self-managed environments.

What you will do

  • Own a core area of the hirify.global XDR roadmap from requirements through shipped and iterated product.
  • Drive detection, correlation, incident-building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network environments.
  • Expand telemetry and integrations using hirify.global data and third-party EDR, cloud, identity, and network sources.
  • Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management, including exploitability- and reachability-based prioritization and remediation workflows.
  • Translate customer feedback and threat research from hirify.global Security Labs into clear product requirements and roadmap decisions.
  • Represent the product with security customers and ensure capabilities work across cloud, on-premises, and fully air-gapped deployments.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in security-related technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing, including at least 3 years in a related product development or technical field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics, with the ability to discuss detection engineering, correlation, and response credibly.
  • Experience with heterogeneous third-party data, telemetry, integrations, analytics, and the current cyber threat landscape.
  • Technical credibility, strong written and verbal communication, customer-facing confidence, and experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Regular use of AI tooling for synthesis, research, and delivery, with ownership of final outcomes.
  • BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security.

Nice to have

  • Practitioner experience as a SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder.
  • Familiarity with AI security and attacks against AI, ML, and agentic systems.
