Senior Product Manager - Okta Device Access

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: CAD 146,000–200,000 annual base salary; an additional USD 169,000–232,000 annual range is also listed for applicable locations.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Okta Device Access roadmap for Windows endpoints.
• Own the enterprise migration strategy from Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID to Okta-managed device identities.
• Drive the end-to-end Okta-joined device experience, including enrollment, provisioning, passwordless authentication, and partner integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, product marketing, and technology partnerships teams to define user stories, requirements, and product strategy.
• Research customer needs, product data, industry trends, and competitive offerings to guide prioritization and adoption.
• Lead a scrum team of engineers and deliver high-quality product features within communicated timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
• Experience creating and executing phased roadmaps for complex projects and delivering customer-focused products.
• Strong knowledge of Domain- or Entra-joined Windows concepts and device identity management.
• Experience with product requirements, user experience, technical specifications, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; functional leadership experience, an MBA, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Okta Device Access, Okta Verify, and Access Management.
• Practical knowledge of domain joining, passwordless device authentication, MDM profiles, and MDM policies.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Intune or Omnissa.
• Knowledge of the competitive device access management landscape, particularly Entra ID.
