Product Manager - Okta Device Access (Cybersecurity)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: CAD 124,000–170,000 annual base salary, plus equity where applicable, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Device Access experience and lifecycle.
• Own the administrator experience for device fleets across Windows and macOS.
• Drive end-to-end experiences for enrollment, provisioning, support troubleshooting, and device lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and product marketing to define user stories, requirements, technical specifications, and product positioning.
• Research customer needs, analyze product data, prioritize improvements, and drive adoption.
• Engage with enterprise and consumer customers to understand device access challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services.
• At least 3 years of industry experience and at least 2 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong technical background and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Toronto, Canada hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Okta Device Access and Okta Verify.
• Familiarity with MDM administrator experiences and device lifecycles.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Intune or Omnissa.
• Understanding of the device access management competitive landscape.
